The session shared details on how to prevent cardiovascular diseases, and also exposed the participants to tips that will help them improve
their cardio health as they age.

March Town Hall Session
The choices that individuals make determine the result that is gotten in all facets of life, including health choices. This is vital especial for older adults (50 and above.)

April Town Hall Session
The April Town Session focused on a topic that is vital and one that must not be taken for levity especially when it comes to the aging population. A fall is a threat to the health of an elder.

June Town Hall Session
Retirement is one major life event that can have an adverse effect on the mental well-being of individuals aged 60 and above. If not handled properly, it can deteriorate.

Fall Prevention Awareness Week
Rehoboth Centre for Elderly Care has organized this Fall prevention awareness week to increase awareness around fall health and injury prevention among the elderly, as well as to support and provide unique individualized strategies to help reduce the risk of falling.

GRAY WELL PROJECT 1
Rehoboth Centre for Elderly Care will be 1 year on the 5th August 2022.
To celebrate our 1 year anniversary, Rehoboth has decided to take her services to the grassroot level (community) through the GRAY WELL PROJECT 1. It is created to introduce an age-friendly environment that helps improve the quality of life for the ageing population at the grassroots.

October Town Hall Session
Many Elderly persons are prone to conditions that require taking multiple medications which puts them on the list of those to be closely monitored for signs of potential issues with polypharmacy.
Addressing these potential issues before they cause further significant health challenges is our goal.
