Aging comes with so many changes and yes, we agree but the best gate keeper to this house is you. Imagine leaving a house unguarded; that house becomes vulnerable for invasion, so show some kindness to yourself.
Your Mental Health Matters: The Holy book says to guard your heart with all diligence for out of it flows the issues of life. A positive feeling produces a positive reaction while a negative feeling gives its kind. Be happy and keep your stress low. Activate a good mood by safeguarding your space. Spend more time with friends and loved ones because a strong social network improves mental and physical well-being leading to longevity. Remember that a three-fold cord cannot be easily broken.
Shake your body more: Physical exercises profit your body. Studies from trusted sources have linked a sedentary life to an increased risk of chronic illnesses and early death. The choice to stay active will greatly reduce the risk of premature death. Take walks daily, participate in group exercise classes and, if you can, dance. The most important thing here is MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY.
