Our clients enjoy the experience of physical exercises, yoga, garden workout, mindfulness and meditation. They are taught how to maintain fitness through the activities of daily living.

Town hall sessions

Our town hall sessions promote a healthy sense of wellbeing to enlisted clients through periodic meetings, health lectures and access to sessions with specialists in varying aspects of health and professionals in other fields as required.

Training and workshops meetings

We provide trainings, seminars and workshops for organizations, corporate entities, and individuals on rendering care for the elderly.

Routine medical checks 

We provide support forums for routine medical check-ups to all our enlisted elderly based on individual requirements.

 

Private visits (one on one)

We follow up on individual clients at their various homes and stimulate activities that are appropriate and in line with their personal care.

Meals on the wheels

We provide food and other needed basic requirements for our enlisted clients.

 

The give back project

Our clients are given the opportunity to stay connected through the Give-back project. They are allowed to volunteer by sharing life experiences, mentoring etc.

50+ hang out

The 50+ Hangout consists of Date nights, Book clubs, Games and Dance. This is a great way to connect people with people, reduce stress, laugh and create fun activities for the elderly only.

Old friends Alive!!!

The elderly often feel out of place with the changing times and long for the good old days. We cannot turn back the hands of time but we can help connect them once again with old friends that they can reminisce and recapture those times with making their walk more enjoyable.

 

Eat and stay alive

We provide nutrient focused diets guides, smart food choices for healthy aging, food safety and best food supplement choices based on individual client nutrient requirements.

Next generation! Educating the children of the elderly

The younger generation of the elderly constantly face challenges in taking care of their loved ones and are nearly always frustrated into impatience. This service educates them on how to better relate, accommodate and care for their aging parents.
