I have gained tremendously from the Nuggets of Aging Gracely & Happily from Nurse Morayo. The main thing for me, is that I have been empowered to make myself happy at all times regardless of the situation and I have found that I cannot even get upset when situations are contrary. I learned how to keep my brain actively engaged; I recently finished writing a book I have been working on for 2 years and a magazine signed me up to write short stories to be published monthly. I feel useful.
Of a truth, Nuggets of Aging Gracefully and Happily has been of emotional encouragement to me. Each time I go through it, it gives me hope, rejuvenates my heart and makes me feel and know I can live a healthy and unambiguous life.
I started receiving messages on Nuggets of Aging Gracely & Happily from Nurse Morayo, who happens to be the Elderly Care Advocate of this initiative when I came in contact with her in June this year.
I would like to say that the messages on the nuggets are amazing because each time I receive & go through them; I always have a kind of relief from some of the problems and burdens occupying my mind. The messages always come at the right time as if the author knows the pains I am going through at that particular moment. Each time I feel depressed, lonely and couldn’t sleep well, I will quickly go over her messages & start putting them into actions. With the help of God, these nuggets have really helped me recover speedily from my sickness and also built up my spiritual life.
Apart from sending these nuggets to me, Nurse Morayo always does a back to back follow up. She makes herself available at all times despite her tight schedule & the fact that she has many patients to attend to. Even when she can’t come, she makes sure she gives you a call to know how you fear. She advises you on what to do & what to avoid. In fact, she advises & encouragement with the help of God makes my recovery faster.
You are really doing a great job here by saving people’s life of which I am a beneficiary.
I want to let you know that taking care of the elderly, is a good initiative of which the awareness needed to be created so that a lot of elderly people outside there can be a beneficiary. It will also reduce untimely death of some elderly ones who doesn’t know how to manage their health or what to do when they are in difficult situations.
I pray that God Almighty will support this initiative & take it to a greater height. As you take care of people, God will take care of you & all that is yours. May the Lord continue to strengthen & reward you of your labour of love. More wisdom, knowledge & understanding in Jesus Name.
Nurse Morayo has been a blessing to our family. In fact, we can boldly say that she is why every member of our family is living well to the glory of God. When our son introduced her to us, we did not envisage that she would become like our mother. She calls, follows up, guides, provides us access, medication and psychological help. My husband and I are privileged to know you, Ma. Thank you for all you do.
Thank God Nurse Morayo has been sharing tips for the elderly with us. One thing is certain about these tips, they are whole. It touches on both spiritual and physical issues to help the senior citizen cope with his or her new phase of life. The tips are also very educative and informative. Please continue the good work of sharing these nuggets for the elderly and by His grace we shall continue to age gracefully.
I’m 59 years old, a nurse by profession and a retired civil servant. After retirement, I engaged myself in fruitful ventures such as reading, exercise and trying to eat wisely as the occasion may demand. I started receiving health tips for the Elderly or Senior citizens and nuggets for aging gracefully 30, January, 2021. This has helped me to know that the choice to age gracefully is solely my responsibility. I encouraged all senior citizens receiving these tips to read and follow the instructions religiously in order to stay healthy and also prolong your days for your grandchildren. Thanks Nurse Morayo for your concern and care for the elderly.
